10th International Junior Science Olympiad, India, 2013
The International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) is an annual competition in science for students of age fifteen years or younger. It involves individual and team competitions in the Natural Sciences – in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is an annual event held in December and hosted by one of the participating countries.
The 10th International Junior Science Olympiad will be held at Pune, India from 3 to 12 December 2013. The event is organised by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, a national centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, an autonomous institution under the umbrella of the Department of Atomic Energy, as well as a Deemed University.
The 10th International Junior Science Olympiad is supported by the Government of India through its Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Department of Science and Technology (DST), and the National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT) of the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD).
